5 Days and Counting

Five more days until Broken is liiiiiiiive!

I can’t begin to describe how excited I am! My ARC reviewers have been amazing and the feedback I’ve been receiving has just floored me. Check out some of these reviews from Goodreads!

“It is not often that a book breaks me nearly as much as this one did. There was just so much going on in here that I truly was just so wrapped up in it, felt every single one of Quinn’s emotions, and was devastated when things went wrong.”

I just don’t have adequate words to do justice to this book. I have words, words like DARK, other words like AMAZING, and still further words like WOW, OMG OMG OMG I NEED MORE NOW. But those words don’t tell you how fantastic the writing is, how powerful and domineering the alpha’s are, how sweet and gentle, bloody but unbowed Quinn is.

“Broken isn’t just the title of this book. It’s also how I’m left feeling now that I’ve finished it. If you have ever read anything by Addison Cain, Jennifer Bene, Felicity Brandon, or Yolanda Olson than you will know what to expect from this story.”

“Broken is a dark Omegaverse romance that will take you on a journey you won’t soon forget. My heart broke so many times while reading this book, but there was always that sliver of hope that kept me from throwing my kindle at the wall.”

“What a ride. This book left my mind whirling and I’m feeling raw. I was captivated from beginning to end, 110% immersed in Quinn’s journey.”

Still not sure if you want to nab your pre-order on Amazon now? Well, as a special thank you to all my readers, I’ve posted the first chapter of Broken on Wattpad for free!

This adventure has been amazing and incredible so far and I can’t wait to see what’s coming next!!

The preternatural calm was a lie, Devin realized. His body was poised, ready for the killing strike. It was his eyes though that showed his turmoil beyond the fixed stare. Clamping her lips into a hard line, she gave a minute shake of her head. Refusing to bare more of her soul to him.

“Despite sitting at that stupid desk, watching him destroy me a little more each day, you made it better,” she breathed, eyes widening as she willed her treacherous tongue to stop moving. “Just seeing you, even smelling you… There was hope, somewhere in all of it, and…”

“Enough.” His was a voice dragged over hot coals, wrenched from a place neither of them knew existed. A dark abyss that became more twisted, more voracious as Devin shone a glimpse of light upon it.

“You always made me feel safe.”

“And you hated my touch. Always yelling your accusations of stealing things from you, taking everything away,” he snarled against her lips. “You tried to kill both of us, to destroy all of this, and you expect me to believe I made you feel safe?”

“It scared me, Daniel.”

“And now you’re not, is that it?”

“Not of you.”

As if it had never faltered, the shimmering heat returned. It bloomed through her chest, tangling through her limbs as she struggled to work them free to return his crushing grasp. Whining low in her throat when he kept her imprisoned, she did the only thing she could. Arching her neck, she brought their lips flush. Her tongue teased at the tender flesh, begging for entry. Devin whimpered when he tore his mouth away.

“No.”
